  1. (IPJ) denotes employees of the Institute for Nuclear Studies, and (UW) denotes employees of the University of Warsaw. PhD students are treated here like employees. Those without any affiliation are under-graduate students.
  2. The telephone entry code for Poland is 48. When calling from abroad, the leading 0 in the area code (022) should be dropped.
  3. The internal numbers can be dialled directly from the whole University of Warsaw network.
  4. Normally all offices are localised in the small pavilion at 69, Hoza street. Those marked (GG) are at the same address, but in the principal building there. Those marked (P7) are at 7, Pasteura street (about 5 km away).
  5. Please note that our secretariats work 9am-3pm (Monday-Friday).
