Dnia 12 marca (pi\u0105tek) o godzinie 10:15, odb\u0119dzie si\u0119 seminarium, na kt\u00f3rym zostanie wyg\u0142oszony referat pt.:<\/p>\n

„Ultra-peripheral vector meson photoproduction in heavy-ion collisions in CMS”<\/p>\n

In this seminar I will present the first measurement of the total cross-section of the coherent ultra-peripheral photoproduction of the \u03a5 meson in lead-lead collisions at 5.02 TeV. The data used in the analysis has been collected in 2018 by the CMS experiment at the CERN\u2019s Large Hadron Collider. The considered channel is the muon decay of the \u03a5 meson, \u03a5 \u2192 \u03bc+\u03bc\u2212. This process is sensitive to the nuclear Parton Distribution Functions for gluons.<\/p>\n
